You've made an offer on a house, the offer has been accepted & now it's time to have the house inspected.  Not only do I identify the condition of the home and it's components, I'll also will show you where various water, gas and electrical shut-offs are located.  Moisture testing, carbon monoxide monitoring & infrared thermal imaging are included with each inspection.  Armed with the information from the inspection, you'll be able to make an educated buying decision, potentially negotiate price and/or repairs and obtain a detailed fix-it list to maintain and enhance the value of your home.
